This event will be an 'in conversation' with Aram Barra, Latin America Programme Officer for México Unido Contra la Delincuencia (MUCD).
Arriving after the Commission on Narcotic Drugs which took place this month in Vienna, and with a good lead up time to the United Nations General Assembly Special Session on Drugs taking place in April 2016, this event should provide useful insight into where drugs policy in Mexico and Latin America is headed.
