Metals and Mining in Chile

On Tuesday 28 October, Canning House and Bloomberg held a roundtable, as part of Bloomberg's Leaders Circle series, on the Outlook for Chile: Metals and Mining with Minister Marcela Hernando, Chile's Minister of Mining, discussing opportunities and investment in this key sector for the country.

At Bloomberg's EU headquarters in London, the Minister presented current and future policies and information to senior investors from across the metal and mining industry, as well as representatives of leading investment firms and trade and investment officials.

Metals and mining are among Chile's most important economic sectors, and will be crucial in the country's progress on its energy transition - as well as that of other countries in Latin America, and around the world.
