Following words of welcome and introduction from Ed Poulton, Managing Partner of Baker McKenzie's London office; Jeremy Browne, CEO of Canning House; and Danielle Valois, head of Trench Rossi Watanabe's Oil & Gas Practice in Brazil, Governor Castro gave his own introduction on Rio de Janeiro state, its opportunities, and his government's work to promote investment there.

Following these remarks, Governor Castro fielded questions from attendees at the roundtable on topics including infrastructural development, economic regulation and reform, and the renewable energy transition.
