Roundtable - Amy Barklam

Amy Barklam, HM Trade Commissioner for Latin America and Caribbean, is holding a roundtable meeting for invited guests at Canning House.

She will be talking about her priorities and key aspects of her role, followed by a discussion. There will be an opportunity for guests to ask questions.

Amy Barklam has been HM Trade Commissioner since April 2026. Prior to representing the British government, she was Managing Director and Global Banking Chief Control Officer at HSBC.

She is based in São Paulo, Brazil, where she is also the British Consul General.
