Valentina Patrini, Social Policy Analyst at the OECD, will be joining Canning House as part of our International Women's Day series.

ROUNDTABLE

Valentina Patrini is a Social Policy Analyst for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). She will be joining Canning House for a Roundtable as part of our International Women's Day Series. This will be a valuable opportunity to discuss the OECD's ongoing work on gender equality in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Valentina is a social policy researcher with over 15 years of experience in the field of labour market developments and the socioeconomic integration of vulnerable groups.

In 2021, she joined the OECD’s Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs as a Social Policy Analyst. There, she is involved in various projects supporting governments to reduce the gender gaps in employment outcomes. She also coordinates the activities of the Secretariat of EPIC, the Equal Pay International Coalition, together with the ILO and UNWomen. Valentina is also involved in work with LAC countries, as she is following Peru’s and Argentina’s accession process at the OECD.
